Just finished the build of a new Bottlehead Crack, sweet sound

Vinyl. But, from your selection - Pink Floyd.

 

The guy I'm dealing with promises turnaround of about 3-4 weeks. Anyway, I have two other amps to use while I wait.

 

I appreciate the offer. But what's "a ton"? Bottlehead wants $414 for the kit with the Speedball. I'm getting one built for $500, plus a little extra for the finish and badge. Say about $575 - built, no headaches, ready to roll. I think it's worth it.

 

I’ll never go back to vinyl. Digital, with all its flaws, virtually erased all the problems I had with records as a kid.

 

To each his own.

 

It’s funny too because with all the vinyl hype now, I talk to dealers at record shows and they all say the customer count is about 50/50 on both fronts. It looks like digital is disappearing but the more time goes by the more I don’t believe it.
