KEF Q100 vs. Silverline Minuets

I have the KEF Q100s - like them a lot but looking to upgrade a bit. I've heard incredible things about these Silverline Minuet Supremes. I have a pretty large, carpeted room but the KEFs are loud enough for me.
I am using a Parasound 2250v2 (275 watts per 2 channels) and a Marantz 1608 as a pro. I listen strictly to digital files through my Oppo 103 ethenet connection.
I'm just wondering if the Minuets will get as loud as the KEFs in my large room - don't really care about the bass as much as I use an SVS sub for the lows.
Any opinions/help would be greatly appreciated.
