Kurt must have had fun with Death Proof being so far from his usual characters...he was excellent and brutal.

 

and it's on Bluray!

 

I don't find this surprising considering how the Oscars are run...all Bu&&s&it!

I've been a fan of his for a long time. Here are two of my favorite movies of his, there are a lot more....

 

Val Kilmer's best film.

 

I'm sure I watch it more than once as well...

Bob Dylan's a fan of this gunsmoke tale.

 

Kurt's a quality B movie actor.
That's a honour.
That means his movies are always watchable.

 

what did you guys think of Kurt in Fast 7? I liked his performance and it was nice to see him again.

 

The Dude sure has staying power! still a fan since I was a youngster...

 

my wife loves this movie! she loves Val and of course Kurt...I enjoyed them all and Bill Paxton was excellent as usual...

 

The ending of Death Proof was the only part of the film that I hated.
Are we really supposed to believe that Kurt Russell could ever get his ass kicked by a group of chicks? Terrible, terrible ending.

Otherwise, great movie!

 

Not even. I'll meet you half way and say the first 3rd of the film was ok. After that...

 

he wasn't Kurt Russell...he was sadistic murdering scumbag! and deserved everything he got!

 

Even within the context of the film it was a stretch. Felt like nonsensical pandering to me. As did that 30 minute table talking scene. Ugh.

 

Where is that movie Michael? I can't find it, I wanted to check it out after you recommended it.

I enjoyed his performance and it seemed like he was enjoying the "stretch"...

 

May be Furious, but it's not Magnificent.

 

Just watched Bone Tomahawk on blu-ray. Very strange, violent, scary, (but funny in part) western. Russell is excellent as usual, and I thought the script was really good, too.
