X-Men Days Of Future Past was entertaining.... It's, by far, the best movie I've watched this week since the only competition has been Edge Of Tomorrow that was on the edge of boredom.

The Fault in Our Stars it was OK, kinda sad since I have lost several friends & family to cancer over the years.

I had the exact opposite reaction to those films. Saw X-Men Days Of Future Past in the theater and kept checking my watch hoping it would end. Edge of Tomorrow I thought was fantastic entertainment.

X Men: Days Of Future Past - Very good, stands with any of the comic book movies IMHO.
Guilty As Sin 1993 - This one reminded me why Don Johnson went back to TV.

Maybe I saw a different edition. They weren't anything special on my copy.

That's movies! I might try Edge Of Tomorrow again in about 6 months and see if I like it more. Really, I thought it was too much like Groundhog Day Squared and too, repeat-repeat-repeat. I like Tom's last sci-fi show way. way mo'.

That was my exact response when I watched this film with my son. I said,"this is Groundhog Day with mean Aliens". He just sadly shook his head.:)

I find it amusing that anytime the subject of "time loops" come up people act like Groundhog Day was the first time that had ever been used. It wasn't. You can go back to films like Turn Back The Clock (1933), Repeat Performance (1947) and probably most famously La Jetee (1962) for earlier examples...not to mention many sci-fi short stories, TV show episodes, etc.

I usually watch them all...I do like the Outtakes & Blooper Reel
    Alternates
and if you are into commentary's there's 2...which is cool.
