The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance DVD
3 Godfathers DVD
Staying Alive...not on BD yet.
St. Valentine's Day Massacre
Slap Shot ".....old time Hockey....." ....not exactly!
Splash on DVD
Silence of the Lambs(Criterion) good job Criterion!
Critereon's "Barry Lyndon". Deeply impressive and absorbing, seems to get better with time. At the end of the day, I think Kubrick was just trying to tell a story in a more refined way as he pushed some technical envelopes.
Aside from the visual splendor, as yogi berra might say, 'just look at the narration'. Michael Hordern's voice overs, perfectly pitched between wry regret and sardonic bemusement deserved some type of special award.
The Great Escape.....also known as the Steve McQueen motorcycle show....
took them long enough! the old DVD wasn't even anamorphic!
Last night's double feature started with Hell Or High Water which I returned to because I like it. Then, my comic relief was Mars Attacks.
Kingsmen The Secret Service.....
