I just picked up Lee Morgan's CANDY on Classic Mono 200 gram Lp, and I have to say it sounds excellent! The bass is full, and lee 's trumpet sound so clean and clear, like he's in the room. And this pressing was dead silent. When did Classic start using a different type of sleeve, not rice paper but thicker????? Anyway, I highly recomend this to you vinylphiles. I had never heard this title before and its a nice one musically. Lee was such a great player, I love anything I hear that he's done.

This is encouraging. Thanks for the heads up!

Hopefully this will prevent more beat up copies of Candy from selling for $500 on eBay :sigh:. Some collectors are out of their minds.
