For Soft Cell, I would recommend the Torch / Insecure Me 12". Two fantastic extended tracks on one single.

Yes - Owner of a Lonely Heart - at 7 minutes it seems a bit short by Yes standards.

 

Some of Prince's best tracks were 12" b sides. Erotic City. She's Always In My Hair. Violet The Organ Grinder (although that may be the 90's). Gotta have the 12" of Wham's 'I'm Your Man', and Frankie Goes To Hollywood's 'Relax'. Also, 'Do They Know It's Christmas' was a kind of era defining single.

 

Most of the "Art of the Noise" 12''s - really a band to be heard on 12''.
