Life After the Navigator documentary in production

Navigator

 

I really liked The Navigator (and I actually mastered it for Disney in the 1980s), but I didn't know until recently that the young actor in the movie had a terrible life afterwards, including all kinds of problems with drugs and petty crime. It's a sad story that's repeated much too often where child stars wind up broken and destitute as adults.

 

They filmed part of The Navigator in Fort Lauderdale. I always liked the film. Thought is was a decent regular type of family movie. Disney was putting out a lot of dribble back then.
