That’s a shame. I bought it yesterday morning without sampling it. I’ve really liked everything else I’ve heard by Fagerlund.
It would of bin better to have ditched the confusing references to pounds and pence post Decimalization and as for Guineas that's Fowl!
Relaxing chamber music style... Boccherini String Quartets op.32 3 thru 6. Quatretto Borciani. 2002 Naxos 8.555043 The companion to the disc with the First Two of Op.32 and Op.39 this is very well played by the assemble and recorded well by Naxos's engineers. Recommended especially at Naxos prices.
A nice collection of trios by English composer Stephen Storace with Max Barros on fortepiano. A terrific world recording. Storace died at 33.
