Lost, Season 5 Thread

The Season 5 premier of Lost is less than a month away. I've been enjoying the Season 4 DVD bonus features, but I'm really in the mood for some new story telling.

Early reports are promising!

 

I thought last years was the second best to Season 1...

 

I watched the Season 4 DVD recently, and was pleasantly surprised how much more I liked the season than I did when it aired last year. To be honest, Season 4 was the first time I watched it on TV... prior to that I watched DVDs and watched Season 3 online. The commercials were a shock!

The Season 4 bonus discs are outstanding, btw. Lots of bonus stuff...

 

I have seen some of the DVD's and most on tv. Very interesting story line, it has taken several years to unfold...

 

I gotta be honest.... being poor this year, kinda made me sit around the tv more than usual, and when the sci-fi channel started showing this show (with four back-to-back episodes every Monday), I GOT HOOKED! Went to the video store and rented them ALL!
It's gonna be hard for us to watch them with commercials.
Personally, I'm STILL hoping to find out why Libby was in the mental hospital w/ Hurley!!!

 

I don't think we will ever find out but you never know. She did give Desmond the boat he raced with. They punted her from the show because of bad behavior on the set.

You can watch with minimal commercials on abc's website. I don't have cable so this worked well for me.

They are posted on the site and you can get them without any BS. You won't have any trouble finding them. Good times!

 

I believe they are going to address Libby at some point, but don't quote me on that. We're also supposed to have a Danielle episode this season (even though she's now dead).

 

Sweet. I liked the Libby character and was bummed when they killed her off. They brought Charlie back in season 4 very briefly. Good ol' flashbacks.

 

All around the web, it seems like 'thumb's up' all around for the two-hour premire!!

 

That's good news. Now, to avoid spoilers for another month...

 

I loved the season 4 finale and I can't wait for season 5 to start ! I can't wait to see if they can find the island and go back.

 

I bet they can!

 

After I, er..., lost the surprise of Michael being Ben's man on the "boat" and Penny's father being Ben's foe I decided not to read any "Lost" threads here.

So I'm out but also here.

Just received S04 in Blu-ray. Hawaii does open facial pores.

 

Trailers look promising, can't wait.

So, the premiere will be 2 hours and starts at 9 correct?

Luckily last season was so good that my wife actually started watching it with me!

 

Yes, from what my TIVO says. Thought it was only one hour, but they're starting at 8 with a recap show and then doing the season premiere, followed by episode 2.

 

Bring it on, I can't wait !

 

I definitely need the recap.
