Rose Garden is one of my favourite singles of all time. She sang it beautifully. RIP Lynn

She was a very nice person and continued to perform until the end, just last month, she released her final album, the Gospel CD Bridges.

Awfully sad news. But it does make it timely that Rose Garden is one of the tunes I sing on the setlist I am going to be performing in 3 hours.

A beautiful woman, a great singer, and a very kind and genuine person. I'll be playing the Rose Garden album today.

When I was a child and my parents would go out on a Saturday night, my grandparents would baby sit . No sooner had the car left the driveway, the TV was tuned to the Laurence Welk Show . That's how I got to know Lynn Anderson. She was a wonderful singer ( although my brother and I perhaps did not hold that opinion initially). She brings fond memories of my grandparents to the fore and I am sad to learn of her passing. RIP Lynn Anderson.

"Rose Garden" was one of my earliest musical memories. Always reminds me of being at the laundramat with my Mom. As a kid I always got a kick out of seeing her ride her horse in the Rose Parade decked out in her Western parade gear. Bummer! My world continues to disappear. RIP.

Didn't she have the best selling country album by a female until Shania Twain came along? That's quite impressive.
