    Maroon 5 will be the halftime performers at the 2019 Super Bowl, two sources confirm to Variety. Reps for the group and the NFL could not immediately be reached for comment.

    Haven't we suffered enough this year?

    Really, though. Beyond that Maroon 5 is an abomination of a band, the Super Bowl is in Atlanta, so...maybe get someone relevant to Atlanta or the general Georgia region? Outkast, Childish Gambino, Janelle Monae...there's no shortage of currently relevant acts from the area right now.
