The first full trailer for Jessica Jones has finally arrived and it looks like it's going to continue the same dark and gritty vibe as the recent (and excellent) Daredevil series.

It's about time Krysten Ritter got a really strong vehicle and I think David Tennant is going to be great as the "big bad" for this season.

The full 13 episode series will premier on Netflix November 20th.

This is easily the show I'm most optimistic about. 'Daredevil' meets 'Don't Trust The Bitch In Apt 23'? What's not to love?

Definitely planing to power-watch the entire season on the 20th all night long.

Time to bump this, it drops from Netflix on Friday.

I'm quite psyched about it, Killgrave the Purple Man is an excellent villain. In his first appearances in comics, he was Daredevil's nemesis, a villain who drove DD nuts because he kept erasing minds of witnesses, so DD couldn't prove he existed, never mind was behind the crimes he was committing.

The coming tv story of Jessica Jones and Killgrave is from the Marvel comic Alias, and it's got great possibilities.... if it's done as well as Daredevil, it's gonna be the superhero story of the year.

I think you meant it drops *on* Netflix. Most folks think of something being dropped *from* Netflix as no longer being available to stream. This is the opposite of that. :goodie:

As of now, I'm officially moving from counting down the hours to counting down the minutes.

I may spend an inordinate amount of time tonight rewatching the 'Apt. 23' DVDs.

Count me in as a Krysten fan. I've seen four eps so far and I like it. However, compared to Daredevil, I think liked Daredevil more at this stage.

Agreed. I like Daredevil better so far, but JJ is gaining. Daredevil has some of the best coordinated Martial Arts. That sequence in the hallway was amazing.

Kilgrave's power really does seem hard to beat, a worthy adversary for sure.

I watched the first 3 episodes last night and it's an impressive show. As good as the Daredevil series so far but has a unique feel of its own. These Netflix shows are making all the other comic TV series look like little kids stuff by comparison. Refreshingly adult.

Powerwatched all 13 episodes in a row. (Makes for a nice really long movie) Not sure what can be discussed until enough people have finished the whole run, what with the spoilers and whatnot, but I can say that was enjoyably awesome. Certainly a lot closer to 'Veronica Mars' than 'Supergirl.'

Definitely looking forward to season two.

Love the little guitar lick towards the end of the theme too. Well, I managed to watch them all over the weekend. I really enjoyed it. Krysten Ritter certainly is a talented actress when given some great material. And throughout the 13 episodes how I could not stop staring at her butt. It look rather scrumptious in the jeans she's wearing - I'm hooked and I can't stop staring lol. ;)

Luke Cage was great too. Be looking forward to his own show next year.
