The description mentions it is from Japan, so that is the indication that it is a UD1. But I bought one recently for $22, and I see them go for around that all the time these days on ebay. So if you have time and don't need it immediately for a gift, I would be patient and pick one up for less.

You got the UD1 for $22.00!?!? This I'm genuinely surprised at as I have very rarely seen this one as the UD1 on Ebay. Tons of UD2's though. Congrats Ian.

It could be expressed better for those who are unaware of what happened.

MFSL Rolling Stones CDs...the old Londons that purportedly used copies of MFSL's lp masters. Read Lukpac's site for more details. He's SORT of telling the truth, but in an obfuscatory way.

I'm unconvinced myself. Having 4 of these London/MFSL's W. German CD's they sure don't sound anything like The MFSL Beatles. I'm going to go ask our MFSL vinyl experts in MC. Unless the MFSL Stones vinyls were mastered a whole lot better than the Beatles, I'd say definitely not from the MFSL vinyl.

In his defence, these London CDs are often described this way on ebay.
