Michael Nesmith 2013 Fall Tour!

Huh. Obviously I missed that the quote might be a rerun (as did the folks who flipped out on Tumblr, where I first heard about it). I was and am still slightly dubious no matter the quote's age, but still felt I needed to make the retraction because I was SO emphatic that the summer was probably the end of the line (and truly, we have no way of knowing that). In any case here's my Chicago Nez review and conversation reception recap. Please forgive the level 2 fangirling in the latter. If you'll excuse me, now I need to go google Boh Cooper and track down everything he's ever recorded.

 

That's odd about sparse crowds... at least in St. Louis the place was packed and Nez and his band played great. I don't think the Burrito Brothers would of laughed at that band.
