Mini Disk External Recording Recommendations?

    Hi, All: I'd appreciate any recommendations on Mini-Disk players that can record externally. A few folks have already recommended the Sony Mz-N707, so I'd appreciate any owners/users who can comment on that as well. Does anyone recommend any specific mic with these recorders? Thanks.

    My MD deck records from the built-in CD player, through RCA cables or through digital optical cables. Since my equipment uses exclusively RCA cables, I don't use the optical feature. www.minidisc.org does have information on MiniDisc players, the discs, recording, etc.
