Looks like a new high-end headphone is hitting the market. Has anybody tried these or heard of them?

No relation to Mo-Fi (Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs) I presume?

Yep, "I see a lawsuit in your future...."

Oddly, the term "Mobile Fidelity" is more appropriate for well-made, portable-use headphones than it has been for MFSL since they moved from recording trains to remastering studio albums.

I'm no attorney, but in checking the trademark database the term "mo-fi" has been registered by the headphone maker. Mobile Fidelity's "mofi" trademark has been abandoned.

Again, take that as coming from a layman.
