No it's not.. has exact same style frame (non-RIAA) In-House as my Paul/WINGS Wardlow Billboard award.. (seen on the very first or second page of this thread). The apple has some fading, and it may be an oxidizing thing with the color.. If I was serious, I would need more photos and more background. It's $1.800.00 if interested.. Displays well!

Neither is a Monarch. The "Don't Drop Out" was RCA Rockaway, while the non-"Don't Drop Out" was RCA Indianapolis.

 

If the matrix number in the deadwax is machine stamped, it should be the real deal.
