John Lennon - "ROCK 'N' ROLL"
U.S. Apple Records promotional poster for the "Rock 'N' Roll" album.
B & W Jurgen Vollmer photograph of John standing in a doorway in Hamburg.
The three men walking by are Paul, George, and Stu. Measures 34 1/4'' x 24 1/4''.
The neon lighting was added to the LP art work, along with the bottom statement
and Apple logo for promotion. The photo was a favorite of John's.

    George Harrison - "Wonderwall Music"
U.S. Apple Records 12'' LP. This very interesting non-assuming LP happens to be a very important disc in the Beatles catalogue... It is the very first album on Apple Records, and
the first actual considered solo Beatles record. Little known fact is that Ringo played drums
on this album, and George played piano, guitar and sang, in addition to producing and
arranging everything. When the LP was designed it was made so the LP with the wall painting
by Bob Gill would flip over to the berlin wall b&w picture on the reverse. A bit of a gimmick at the time..

Geese... missed again, sometimes I seem to need more than 3o minutes to do a
simple post... anyway, what I was trying to do, before I was cut off was show a total
Apple Records rarity. Here is an original 1968 sealed Apple George Harrison LP "Wonderwall Music" error LP. The front cover slick is cut wrong with the printers information at the right handside which should have been set where it would not be seen at all .. instead we see the
"BC" , " - Printed in USA" , and the hand written ST 3350 catalogue number.
That's not all... the "Berlin wall" reverse side is actually the front cover, and the brick wall
cover meant to be the front cover is in fact the back cover, with the spine reading as such.. the
LP is fully sealed, I've had it for forty years at least.

You can see the correct way the LP cover slick should look below, compared to the error.
    c., 1968.

I took this pic at (Bon Jovi keyboardist) David Bryan's house in his one of his bathrooms. Signed by Big & Rich. I imagine there aren't many signed toilet seat covers in the world.

1988 Gretsch TW-300 Traveling Wilburys guitar.
The TW-100 was sold at Sears. The TW-300 was a more professional version.

It wasn't a high end guitar, but better that the 100. The main differences were the humbucker pickup and additional Wilbury logo on the front. It sold new for $300 in 1988, while the TW-100 was around $129 (if I recall).

There was also a two pickup TW-500, but I have never seen one in person. This photo comes from Reverb and describes the body as masonite, just like the Danelectro it's modeled after. The 100 and 300 were solid body.

Wooooow... Didn’t they all have a different design on them if I recall correctly Iam not sure if that was true with all models but thought it was for the 100

Here's a difference TW-500 with standard (non-lipstick) pickups. This one looks like a solid body, not masonite.

Some TW-300s had a more centered humbucker, like this one:

I couldn't find the photo, but I've seen a shot of Tom Petty's rehearsal studio where he had a rack of five or six TW guitars. I bet they each got a bunch. George Harrison has been photographed with at least two. The one pictured above is not the one from the "Handle With Care" video, which is below.

Both John and George fell in love with the original.
But couldn't afford to buy the guitar, not until Brian co-signed for them.
Here they are getting their Gibson J 160's at Rushworth's Music House in Liverpool.
