Just trying to help, based on the statement you presented along with the images, as well as previous posts of yours, such as the fake Dylan and Elvis photo, where a quick search would have revealed the answer to the mystery.

EVERYTHING I post here is real, and in my collection unless specifically noted.
I am honest.. not how you are trying to betray me. Your statement mentions my
"previous posts", like I am a liar, and offender... I am not. I try to bring integrity to the hobby.
The Dylan/Elvis photo you speak of I believed was real, taken sometime during filming of "Pat Garrett & Billy The Kid". That photo looked authentic.
The Abbey Road acetate is simply an example, as stated. I saw no reason to discuss it more.
Don't visit the thread anymore .. you insinuate, lie, and try to defame me with your libelous
crap. Who made you judge, jury and special prosecutor of me ?

Wow. What a nutcase. Your extreme overraction to my offers of help says more about your personality than it does about me.

Enjoy your collection. Enjoy living in ignorance. But do not dare tell me which threads I can and cannot visit.

Bob Dylan - Chelsea Hotel NYC Hotel Door .. $100,000.oo
Guernsey's Auction House in NYC held an auction yesterday of several original hotel room doors. A homeless man was able to take numerous doors back in 2011 when the renovations began. From Dylan and Hendrix, to Bogart and Twain. An anonymous bidder paid $100,000.
for Bob Dylan's Chelsea Hotel door.

??? That's the last photo of Lennon taken by the Goresh guy who took the others that day. He shared this several years ago. It looks the way it does because it was an underexposed shot and he had to contrast it like crazy to bring the image out. Has nothing to do with photocopiers. What exactly do you have? A piece of paper with this image?

This is extremely sad, but.... I can see the LZ LP is at least a vague attempt to be similar to the sleeve of the first album. The S&G one had me baffled though, so I had to Google it to see if I had forgotten something - and the only thing it can be, is this:
    Hardly flattering!!

But I couldn't rest there - I take it that the one to the left, under S&G is a Janis Joplin and thought that the other is possibly Springsteen's Tunnel Of Love but as this cartoon represents circa 1969, it was nearly two decades away from release...

I know. I've spent far too much time on this forum. :yikes: :D

I think it's supposed to be a drawing of a boxing glove - The Boxer, geddit? I, too, spent a while trying to work out what it was meant to represent.

    The Beatles - ''Yesterday...and Today'' .. Sealed 8-Track Tape
U.S. Capitol Records & Tapes .. Stereo. This is rare example of a sealed black-shell
8-track cartridge tape. About a year earlier, first releases had white-shell 8-track
carts. This would be a very welcome addition, beautifully sealed NM.
Capitol U.S. chose to use a rare alternate trunk cover, half-purple, with bright yellow
print "Yesterday... and Today'' in parentheses. If only they would have released this
    on LP at the time.

I can never see one of those these days without this album artwork coming straight to my mind...

    The Velvet Underground - VU

Being only the second album of theirs that I bought... obviously the first was VU&N... but I can't be certain now that I didn't actually buy them at the same time! Anyway, I played this again a few weeks ago after not hearing it for a few years and loved as much as ever.
