Back in the LP days of the late 1970s and early 1980s, I used to shop at a store called Discus, and for what must have been years, I saw the same albums on sale for $2.99 and $3.99. At the time, this alone turned me off, but I later realized the merits of at least the first album I will mention in my own list of common cutouts. And here it is: 1. The Beach Boys Love You 2. Doobie Brothers- One Step Closer 3. Lots of UK Pickwick albums, including the double Elvis Presley LPs that contained songs from U.S. Pickwick (and before that, Camden, albums). Also LPs of the Nolans and the early Bee Gees Festival recordings, and various artists albums. 4. U.S. Pickwick Elvis albums as well. 5. One of several Dave Mason best-ofs from his ABC/Blue Thumb era. 6. Several Johnny Guitar Watson LPs What did you used to see?
