Music From Big Pink DVD-A or LP?

    Which format sounds better? If you could only buy one of the 2 formats (at least for now), which would you get first.

    Good. I was just 10 minutes away from getting this one :) But I still have the MFSL.

    BTW, on the 5.1 mix on the DVD-A, To Kingdom Come is longer by about half a minute (extra organ solo), & We Can Talk is a completely different take ("Milk a cow" is not repeated). The stereo version is identical to the original LP.

    This DVD-A sounds completely awesome! Especially the song Chest Fever, the keyboards sound so smooth. The disc is mastered as to not be in-your-face...the music seems to eminate naturally from the room...not from the speakers. Pick it up!
