What Dylancat said about what David Crosby was wearing goes for Paul McCartney too.

Neil Young can often be seen with a Poncho.

Not actually a poncho, but I'd say it qualifies.

It qualifies in any thread, btw.

Often, you say? Well, he's been in the thread twice already, but since you asked for it...

    Neil Young

(and this thread is about a poncho you can wear, not a Poncho you can shake hands with)

Not exactly a sexy look. Reminds me of people who go out in public wearing pajamas. Note to Neil Young, ditch the poncho.

That is not a poncho, that is actually a rug ...including the tassels. It's like his clothing designer punked him. Seriously have to give that person points for maintaining a straight face when they put it on him.

  18. Is a "Sears poncho" actually a thing, or is this just a Zappa reference?

Here I am living 20 minutes from the border and I don't have a poncho. Shame on me

Thank you for posting this. I LOVE that album, saw them in their US tour and also playing behind Ian McCulloch on his solo tour behind Candleland. Just great great great stuff and in mono to boot!

When using a sentence to describe your thoughts about looking retrospectively at clothes fashion inclusion of the word stupid would seem a certainty.
