Neil Young can often be seen with a Poncho.

 

Not actually a poncho, but I'd say it qualifies.

That is not a poncho, that is actually a rug ...including the tassels. It's like his clothing designer punked him. Seriously have to give that person points for maintaining a straight face when they put it on him.
