Just happen to be playing the album, its not my usual style of music but its a lovely sound and really good for a mornings listening. I Enjoy it.

Regardless of that, great you took time for this great album. War seem to be a totally forgotten band as of now, which is a true shame since their run between 1971's All Day Music and Why Can't We Be Friends? is not to be missed by any fan of laid-back music that also manages to be challenging at the same time.

 

I had forgotten how beautiful the song So sounds. Just bought tears to my eyes. Absolutely stunning.

 

Myself, I'm especially fond of Leroy's Latin Lament, So and In Mazatlan. Gorgeous stuff. Simply beautiful.

 

Agreed. Listening to Mazatlan now.

In the Summer of '75 it sounded perfect in between One of These Nights and Evil Woman, and Love Will Keep Us Together.
