Finally got around to picking this up.
For the life of me I can't figure out how to get the DVD-A 2CH mix.

I read a thread here that stated that some early Warner discs didn't include them but...

I read a review where the reviewer claimed he preferred the 2CH mix (which leads me to believe there is one).

    and

It says it is included on the jewel case (this disc can be played three ways)

    Am I missing something?

Wow, I used to love that album (nice analog sound).

Hope you can find the two-channel mix on there!

Doug, I don't have that particular DVD-A but on the ones I have there's a menu selection that allows you to chose which mix you want to hear.

I can't find the 2 channel track either.
It plays a "downmix" of the surround on my DVD-A.
Same with the k.d. lang DVD-A.

I've been told that the information on the insert is incorrect... i.e. that there isn't a 2-channel mix on the Tigerlily DVD-A. If there is such a mix on the disc, I've never been able to locate it.

This was one of the first DVD-A discs that I purchased, and I was disappointed with it. The mix sounds haphazard, and it's just too... disjointed. I like Merchant as a vocalist, but I don't want to hear her voice from all 5 speakers -- yet that's exactly what occurs on most of the tracks on this disc. The mix seems close to what would be heard by playing the CD through a typical "5-channel Stereo" DSP mode found on many home theater receivers.

It's probably obvious from the above comments that I prefer the CD to the DVD-A :).

    There is no audio menu.
In fact, the only way to get Dolby Digital to play, I had to go into my disc setup and set it for DVD-Video only.

I'll have to find the link to the review that claims it is on there.
