I happened to be looking at the upcoming releases on Acoustic Sounds website and came across a listing for this. Couldn't really find any more information online when I searched.

weird that amazon only lists it on vinyl (i.e. no CD option).

 

Like the cover a lot but will have to hear it before buying - much of her stuff just blends in and sounds all the same sometimes, though in general I do like it.....just wonder how much more I need.

Definitely. I will be very upset if there is no CD, as I only listen to my vinyl once or twice to avoid wearing them down. Either CD or buy 2 copies of the LP.

 

after wasting my money on two lousy pressings of Charmer, i won't be buying the new one on vinyl. unfortunately the option will more than likely be a brickwalled CD. she's no audiophile.

I'm going to listen to this one before buying. It's been ages since I've listened to Charmer or Smilers, unless this one's obviously better I don't think I need it.

i gave up on aimee mann long ago, very repetitious to my ears.

 

I'm a big fan but I had a hard time getting into The Both. Is it worth another try?

 

I thought The Both had a lot of potential and I like the debut . I was hoping there would be a second album. Anyone know if they are continuing?

If you buy the vinyl, isn't there a download option or Amazon "Autorip" for songs until vinyl arrives?

Sometimes -- Amazon doesn't offer Autorip for everything... And it's still two months away, so plenty of time for download and CD versions to appear!

 

And he's not alone.

 

I'm sure there will be a CD...Can't wait. I AM A FAN.
