Produced by Haxan Cloak apparently, which should be interesting. He's made some great records.

This should be good. The year is shaping up nicely so far.

Is this gonna be like the last time, where there are multiple editions each with unique bonus tracks and packaging, and all of which go OOP long before us mere mortals get a chance to find a place in line so we hafta settle for the standard edition?

Because I'm really starting to get sick of that nonsense.

The other producer Arca also has done some cool stuff, most recently on his debut album Xen from last fall.

well pre-ordering makes that a non issue, sign up for her emails, they are infrequent and awesomely clever always....who doesn't want to get an occasional email from Bjork????

I love some Bjork! With that said, I kinda hope she reels it in a bit with this new album. Biophilia was really out there. I purchased it on vinyl with the hopes that one day it would "hit me." But I'm hoping this new album is more along the lines of Homogenic, or Vespertine. Those are classics. I love Bjork weird, but sometimes she's just TOO weird. ;)

    What ? So soon ? :)

After Medulla, Volta, Biophilia, here comes Vulnicura.

Surely she's aware album titles don't have to be just one word that ends with an 'a', right ? ;)

Love that she never repeats herself, but I admit Biophelia left me a bit cold, even though I'm a huge fan. Hopefully regardless of what influences she brings in on this one, she'll get back to that delicate balance of melody/songcraft with experimentation/weird sh!t that make her music so intriguing. Really looking forward to this one.

Best review I read of Medulla said "it's weird, even for Bjork!".

    Classic!

I never could get into "Biophilia", but thankfully that didn't hurt my friendship with DJWilbur -- he never held it against me!

I never could get into "Volta", nor "Biophilia", but I'm eager to hear this upcoming release.

    Here's another vote: get weirder!

Love Biophilia; ambitious, complex, mysterious, brainy. Repeated visits to the underloved Volta yield rewards too. I really appreciate the chances she is willing to take.

Magic Eight Ball says... count on it.

I thought Biophilia was better than Volta and Medulla. Still haven't seen the Biophilia Live 3xLP in any of my local shops, unfortunately.

Anyways, I'm looking forward to this release. 2015 is shaping up great so far.

Love when she uses string sections, some of my favorite bjorks are the redo's she did with Kronos Quartet, so yeah maybe this is her "MOR" album...haha...as if...anyway new Bjork. --- EXCITES ME...
