New Conrad Johnson Ownership

It has become official Bill and Lew have officially transferred ownership to Bill Fischel. Bill has been w/CJ since the early 80's. Good to see they are keeping the ownership in the CJ family and not selling out to outside interests. Some new CJ gear is on the way for 2018. The ET-7 preamp and a high end headphone preamp.

 

Interesting. Hope it does not go the way Thiel went once Jim Thiel passed away. I am dreaming of an ET 5 line stage.

 

I suggest you think of the ET-7 It's coming out in 2018. Go to the CJ website and you'll see a picture. They classify the ET-5 in the vintage section. Not sure what that means. Could be the 7 is replacing the 5. Hopefully someone has more inside info.
