So they’re not rescheduling the Nov 10 show in Thousand Oaks that was cancelled due to the wildfires, and a refund was sent.

Really bummed that I’m not going to get to see this group perform the album live. Had a pretty good seat too.

'Lean On' is on Becca's album 'Regina' which was my favourite record of last year. In fact it was really only Becca's involvement that led me into checking out this new Crosby album. I'd not bothered with the previous two Crosby releases since I was one of those underwhelmed by 'Croz'; may have to go back and check them out now though.

Yes I thought it was from the current tour, but it looks like it was from 2016. Maybe you'd like Lighthouse.

This one may be the finest of the last four.

The Port Chester show is now on YouTube and it's much easier to watch it there. It starts 31 minutes in.
    What a gift! Thanks. guys!

Beautiful album all through. That closing “Woodstock” is especially gorgeous.

  15. They're all great but I think he made his best album with CROZ.

Recording of April 2019: Here If You Listen

Great review on Stereophile. I like this bit:

"Many of you have probably stopped buying music by your past heroes. Here's a perfect opportunity to resume that broken habit." I have done so recently with, apart from "Here If You Listen", the last McCartney, Van Morrison and Elvis Costello CD's.

Don"t believe it made it to an album. I only found as it popped up on my recommended list on YT.

Yow, just had a listen to the album and realized that the intro (and possibly the backing track) to "1974" comes from a rare demo that I've had for years! How cool is that? :D

At the Portchester show from last December (YouTube link about a page back in this thread), Crosby described that he’d had this song fragment saved on a computer. When he and the Lighthouse Band were hanging out working on this album, Becca (iirc) found the file and worked up words and the arrangement we hear on the album. Talk about reclaiming a lost and forgotten moment in time. This album hasn’t stopped beguiling me.

Just ordered the CD, and have pulled the last 3 for re-listening too. Loves me some Croz.

I've enjoyed Croz in CD and Vinyl since it was released, but the following two did not pull me in as much. I've been listening to this latest release and really like it. For those who've heard both CD and LP, any thoughts on the relative merits? Thanks.
