According to a fan that attended her show at Radio City Music Hall last night (from the Soulful Detroit boards): There was a Q&A, and she talked about the new album saying it was still in the talking stages. She said she only wants to sing positive songs, and will not record sad songs. Another fan mentioned that she said she hoped Stevie Wonder would contribute a song to the project.
Diana is set to appear at Glastonbury next year... Diana Ross confirmed for legends slot at Glastonbury 2020 She is also touring the U.K. so hopefully she’ll be promoting her new album!! Diana Ross announces 'Top Of The World' UK 2020 tour
Hm. Well. I'm not usually on the market for new Diana Ross, but I'll keep an eye out for reviews on this one. Seems like a congenial pairing.
Posted on Diana’s Facebook page: Life is about change, and this time has, in many ways, been a gift of Reflection and Gratefulness. My Love and Gratitude has never been stronger. It seems it will be another year before I am able to tour again. I will always continue singing. Songs of Love and Appreciation. I just completed singing 14 new songs! “Thank You " for your Love and Friendship. Coming soon ❤️
I think I read somewhere he bowed out at some point due to COVID. I do like the retro vibe of the 12 seconds!

That’s excellent! Musically, there’s more than a passing nod to “You’re All I Need to Get By” but I’ll take it! Great to have you back, Miss Ross.
Very nice. It manages to sound both familiar and new at the same time. Diana’s in great voice, though I’m not a fan of the effect they’ve added to the vocal which makes it sound like she’s developed a speech impediment.
It's OK and it's great to have Diana back after so long, but I'd prefer something more poppy and uplifting as the first single, then this.
I’m happy to see some cool new collaborators, even if Ronson dropped out! Also it’s interesting at this stage in her career to co-write an album — Jack was definitely a good choice for that! Diana Ross announces first new album in 15 years Duana sounds great! Love her deeper vocals on the verses! Here’s a link to Diana’s store, which has a pretty vinyl available! https://store.universalmusic.com/di...tm_medium=genericlink&utm_source=OriginalLink
Enjoying this new tune, and hopefully HOPEFULLY I will finally see this woman next year after 2 postponements. The album is something to look forward to. As someone else said, it sounds both familiar and new.
I thought this was plenty poppy and uplifting. I think it sounds like a terrific first single. I have it stuck in my head after 3 listens!
Good stuff! I was thinking more like an Upside Down or Chain Reaction kind of thing. The lyrics to this one make it sound like the last song she'll ever sing. She does sound great though. I'm not a big Diana solo fan, I have a few albums, but I'm very happy that she's still singing and healthy. I'm a big Supremes fan.
It’s far better than I was expecting. I know that sounds horrible, but I was thinking it’d be something slushy. Thank You is the sort of song that grows on you after repeated plays. It’s definitely encouraged me to pre-order the new album.
I agree -- I thought the lyrics would be saccharine, but I think they are actually quite genuine and heartfelt. I'm hoping this is a good sign that Diana allowed herself to work with what seems like virtually all new and adventurous collaborators.
