new ebay trick to get more fees

This goes under "everything ebay" which I couldn't find, so if a gort wants to move it that would be great.

Here's the new fee trick. Let's say you list an item at $15. The fee is 60 cents. Then you reduce it to $9. No reduction in fee, but if you had listed it at $9 in the first place the fee would have been 40 cents. Now, let's say you want to raise the price back up to $15. Well, that'll cost you another 20 cents, making the fee now 80 cents for the item.
