It's been available on CD since day one. What are you talking about?

A 5 dollar shirt is a damn good deal. I ordered the signed LP for 35. Actually, I ordered two of them. If they're gonna charge me to ship one, might as well make it two.

I feel exactly the same way! Thanks for your commentary, and I'm jealous you got to see him. He is the only artist that I have not seen yet that would be sad about never seeing. I need to make it happen!

Does anyone know of any legal redbook or highres downloads? I've already done a few google searches and scanned HDTracks...

Can't comment too much on this release because I can't get past the song Feel. There is so much going on in that song lyrically. Verse 2 alone would make it a rap classic.

some of us are glad there's a vinyl coming. I'm still annoyed "Lemonade" never got a vinyl release. Actually, given that she courted a "vinyl buying demographic" with that album given some of her collaborators and no LP release while trite like Meghan Trainor gets her stuff released on vinyl, it's appalling since some of us stopped buying cd years ago and weren't going to make an exception.

    Preordered the autograph/shirt combo

and there's an autograph cd on sale too on the site.

Preordered. $40.95 shipped is totally reasonable for autographed, double red vinyl. (Technically I don't see any text saying this will be colored vinyl - just the item image). I already assume the autograph is going to look like chicken-scratch like it did on Untititled Unmastered.

I've lived with this CD for a few hours and am not impressed. This isn't half as good as "To Pimp A Butterfly", and not as aural as "Untitled Unmastered". I may get rid of it.

So you're not a lyrics man. Do you even Bob Dylan bro?

I listen to lyrics, but they have to be accompanied with (good) music.

Well I have to admit, I also prefer the live instrumentation and production on TPAB. Nevertheless, the man is obviously one of the preeminent poets of our time. Pretend it's spoken word and maybe it will grow on you.

Well, I loaded up the first track into Audition to make the gunshot louder for more of an effect. :)

I watched it and managed to finish it. Not really impressed at all.

That's quite alright. I enjoyed it, but he's done better imo.

And it is in stores also. I bought my copy at Rough Trade in Brooklyn on Monday 17.

  24. I've been through the album 3 times now. I like it just fine, but don't think it's in the same galaxy as Butterfly. The production feels rushed and way less musical to my ears. KL is dynamite on the mic though.
