New MYTHOS album in Dolby ProLogic surround..

Via the quadraphonicquad forum I stumbled over a new release by Stefan Kaske aka MYTHOS - of German Krautrock fame.

I'm totally unfamiliar with this kind of music - Kraftwerk's Autobahn and Tangerine Dream's Tangram is all I really know (and own).
His self-advertising seems to be completely over the top - and in the forum he was bashed a lot, because he released an album called "Surround Sound Offensive" in Dolby ProLogic, and not in a discrete 5.1 format. And he even didn't understand what the point is.
But anyway - to me the samples sound interesting, and they work really great in ProLogic.
What do you think, Krautrock experts ?
