Yeah, it is. Both Come On To Me and I Don't Know have over 1.3 million views and between 500 and 600 thumbs down. Fuh You's numbers are terrible. (and it's up to 2,600 thumbs down now, with barely over 1/3 the views of the 2 other tracks).

I vote for 10 tracks being given to NPR next Friday (8/31) for streaming, with a new Macca interview. Free streaming for one week, running right into release day.

I am sure we'll hear of more U.S. TV appearances in the next couple of weeks. That's something Paul's team pretty much always seems to manage.

I hate when he's on SNL. The sound system always seems to be off.

Paul and his band will be traveling across the whole United States on an open train car, performing live as the train chugs along the tracks.

    Crazy idea or genius?

    ;)

All of this is very subjective and frustratingly so, but I have to agree with whoever said Paul fans are unified but not uniform, as I certainly would describe Eat At Home as one of the best things Paul ever wrote post-Beatles, and to me Fuh You is not even in the same ball-park parking lot. It's in a different state, actually. Eat At Home is Paul incorporating beloved influences that shaped his musical development: Rock n roll, Buddy holly in particular, etc. What is Paul doing in Fuh You? Is he incorporating genuinely beloved influences, or is it just his imitation version of a popular sound? I think if it is the former he should sing the hell out of it, but if it is the latter, he should consider giving it away to a contemporary artist. It's a blurry line to be sure, but that is the line of artistry Paul straddles, because he is so proficient at songwriting. Most people would struggle just to emulate their favorite songs, in hopes that something approaching that greatness came out, but with Paul it's so easy for him to write a song in any style, that it becomes a question of not "Can I?" but "Should I?" Yes, the song is harmless on it's own, and the bridge is even actually quite good. But if it doesn't actually mean much of anything to him anyway, he has a better chance of it becoming a hit in the hands of a contemporary artist.

Maybe it will be told that Yoko is the one that made the train noises on Egypt Station?

The problem was not with the sound system when he sang MIA.

    I would say genius.

I’m surprised this hasn’t been thought of until now, that we know of anyway.
