Paul's no longer has the voice he did when he was in his 20's, but he remains a very effective vocalist.

As for the off topic dig at the Stones, in case any Aus/NZ members are considering going to the remaining few shows, here's 14 minutes worth of "Midnight Rambler" from 3 months ago in Stockholm. You can decide for yourself whether their version of blues-rock still sounds good or not.

People who say the Stones can't play anymore are people who've not seen the Stones since the 70s - if they ever saw them. People just like to rag on old acts and talk out of their butts...

I asked Paul's band members to sign just the albums they played on (Driving Rain, Chaos & Creation, Memory Almost Full, New) and they were happy to do it.

And how was the concert (or concerts, if you saw more than one)?

You've seen Paul on previous tours. But did anything stand out this time around? Anything extra special for you? On the other hand, was there anything that you felt was lacking? Or was Paul once again doing his best for the appreciative Brazil crowds (who I presume loved him again)?

It's always exciting for me to be at his concerts. The audiences once again were very energetic and he was quite happy about it. A close friend of mine was called onstage, which was also great.

Thank you for showing us your pictures! Are all the shows there general admission?
Are you going to more concerts?

You're welcome. Yes, all shows here are general admission. There were chairs on the field in Vitória (first time ever in Brazil), but those were not reserved seats. There were reserved seats in Rio, but not on the field. And yes, I will be at the upcoming concerts and I will keep reporting the news to you folks.

In the meantime, here are TV reports (in Portuguese) about the first two concerts. You can even see me in a couple of them:

And are you helping Paul to acquire permanent citizenship in Brazil, so that he can automatically assume the presidency of the country?

Funny that they quote a George song ("Something") for an article about Paul.

They mention it's a Harrison song in the text next to the picture.
