You didn't say you didn't like it. You said you "couldn't get through it". I guess I am just growing weary of reading that comment on this forum. Sure you could make it through it, you chose not to - because you believe you can dismiss an artistic creation without even hearing it completely ONCE. No offense, but that comment says a lot more about you than it does about the song.

But back then when this show was happening, the same complaints were being lodged against McCartney for not changing his setlist. People ripped him for playing I've Got a Feeling. Now you want to hear it again? Strange group. Guess the bottom line is the 'hardcore' fans are never happy.

Yep I'm representative of the whole group. I've Got A Feeling is my second fave Macca Beatles number.

My point is we'd like some variety. I can predict the latter half of his set for the last ten years!!

Oh, I'm always happy, just never satisfied! The set can always be better.

Hoping that All Together Now makes it to Liverpool as my 8yo would be utterly elated. Would be as good for him as dropping in Monkberry Moon Delight or Beautiful Night would be for me.

Sorry chief. Don't take it so personally. I don't like it. What I loved about McCartney's music was that much of it sounded so familiar on the first listen due to the wonderful melodies. (English Tea as a late example) N
Iot this. I'd rather listen to Mumbo numerous times rather than this. Before you question me again, I like Mumbo.

I wouldn't mind if he broke up the "Let It Be", "Live & Let Die", "Hey Jude" set ending trio.

I'm sorry, I couldn't make it through your post. I found the first line boring so I stopped reading. I'll still publicly express my opinion about it though.

It's almost 8 AM in Tokyo, so enjoy the show tonight! Let's hope for more surprises in the setlist.

Great list; I agree with your choices, and would also love to see him play:

    When I'm 74
    What You're Doing
    Every Little Thing
    Take It Away
    Wanderlust
    No More Lonely Nights
    Appreciate
    I Can Bet
    Early Days
Oh! Darling (In place of Helter Skelter?)
    Love In Song
Don't Let It Bring You Down
    Dear Boy
    Silly Love Songs
    Arrow Through Me

Here are a couple of videos of him playing with Damon Albarn at an Africa Express concert (he played Coming Up and Goodnight Tonight):

I wonder whether he will play Appreciate and bring out the giant Newman robot?

Grow up and lighten up. You're taking this way too serious.

I think that Appreciate would be great live; the backing 'Appreciate' vocals would hopefully be lower in the mix, the groove would work really well, and I imagine that the guitar part could be extended. I really hope that he does play it.

Apparently the setlist of the first Tokyo show was the same as in Osaka.

I assure you that I have not taken you "serious" for a single moment. I haven't taken you seriously either.

The rumor is that the Philly show (and the other shows) will probably take place sometime between June 20-30.

I hope in between the SC and VA there is a Raleigh or Charlotte, seeing Paul twice in a one year span would be amazing

I've seen him twice (2013 & 2014) and I'm so thankful I did! Last year's show was probably my last unless he revamps the setlist considerably or comes closer to my little town.

That being said I loved both shows, he really is an amazing entertainer.

Same setlist as Osaka. I would expect much variation except perhaps for Budokan.
