I think I got almost all of the titles from the book, maybe Otis Riffs is not in the book...
Most were included in the book as lyrics, some of them untitled, I know for All-American Hero I applied my own title which seemed pretty obvious to me. Many of the songs from the first album as well as the upcoming album were also included in the book.

Otis Riffs was one of the many new songs Ray performed live in New York with Yo La Tengo in 2000. Other new songs performed at the time included The Deal, Next Door Neighbour, Creatures of Little Faith, The Morning After and Vietnam Cowboys so there seems a fair chance that Otis may get a release at some point.

    A little off topic ....

Posted by Andrew Sandoval on his FB page today:

"Today I got final sign off on the Village Green Preservation Society
project I have spent seemingly my whole life working on - lots of amazing
stuff. Will wait for BMG to make the contents public, but this is one of
the best reissues of my 30-year career."

    In comments:

"If you wonder what my favorite version is: the new CD contained in the
box set. It has a lot more detail and additional music than I could have
    ever dreamed of hearing."

    Release month is October.

    More about VGPS box
    From the KPS Digest 7/23:

Hi Neil, could you elucidate on your comment about the VGPS re-issue '
additional music'. Does this mean 'new' unreleased tracks or just a re-mix?

And when is Dave's new album of old tracks released ?

    Cheers,A Peter

    'bloke on the drums'

[In Andrew Sandoval's FB post, James Schwartz asks "Any unreleased
    songs??" and Andrew replies "Yes."
Ewgeni Reingold asks "Ray demos?" The reply is "Yes."

    Regarding release format, Andrew writes
"There will be vinyl of the mono & stereo & a few other things. But the
big box [12x12 format book size] will have no equivalent. As it is,
people will complain it is too expensive, they have already bought it 14
years ago, etc. I didn't pick the formats, but I for one still like
    CDs."

Another note: "Ray had the final say in everything contained in the box.
This is more his personal project than anyone else's."

As far as Dave Davies' Decade - his website says "the fantastic new
album from Dave is out this Fall 2018. Watch this space for news."

I've been curious about this album for a while now and when I came across a used CD of it I bought it. I figured if I like it then I would buy the record. I really like it. I've always been a Jayhawks fan and was Kinks fan since the British invasion. I'm not that familiar with Ray's solo work. Americana II is definitely a must buy now.

I've listened to Americana twice today. Really like it. I suppose I better order the vinyl and retire the used CD I bought. It's not a bad sounding CD, I just like records.

Interesting, I picked this up on vinyl for 9 euros at my local. I don't think I've ever seen a still relatively recent album for a dump price on vinyl so early. Or a gatefold for a price as such at all.

Barnes and Noble in Atlanta has the vinyl for 50% off / picked it up for $14 today the other day.
Disc 1 a little warped (fixable) but perfectly quiet and centered. The warp is likely due to how this store does not
take good care of how the records are displayed.
