I've been waiting for the Deluxe edition of R.E.M.'s Reckoning. I fully expected this one at some point becuase they had most of the IRS catalog and got the Deluxe Murmur in a few months after release as well.

However, in checking out the yourmusic site today, it seems as though they've suddenly eliminated much of the R.E.M. catalog including Eponymous, Document, Life's Rich Pageant, and Fables Of The Reconstruction. (Actually, I think that one of these was eliminated some time ago, but not sure which).

I have no idea what that means for the Deluxe Reckoning but I thought I'd give people the head's up. I may try to get this elsewhere myself.

I guess I'll have to log into yourmusic to see if there are other new titles of interest, but I am sadly disappointed by their selection. I used to order from bmgmusic quite regularly. Once the WEA and Sony/BMG discs largely disappeared, however, I seldom found anything I wanted that I didn't already own.

 

I still can't rejoin. I was told to re-activate my account, but there was supposed to be an email sent to me that never came. I filled out a form on the site, got a confirmation email saying they would be back to me in a day or 2. That was a week ago.

Guess they don't want me to join.
