I thought it might be fun to post a song that you were previously unaware of and share it with others. I'm not talking the usual stuff (Bee Gees, Village People, etc.) that got a lot of play, but other stuff that you rarely or perhaps have never heard up until recently. What we're talking about is stuff from the 1970's funk/disco era that have that unmistakable "groove" to it.

Mine comes from Billy Cobham's 1979 release, B.C. It's the third song on the album titled "What Is Your Fantasy". The full song is presented in this link from my rip of the vinyl - hope you enjoy it.

So, share a favorite of yours with others. I'd personally like to find a few more to seek out, rip and enjoy! :righton:

    Since I owned it as a hit-focused nine-year-old, I'd have to agree! :)

Thanks to the folks who select songs for video games like Grand Theft Auto 4 and some random YouTube searching, I discovered Roy Ayers' awesome groove "Funk In The Hole" (available on the compilation Virgin Ubiquity II)
