Ogden's Nut Gone Flake

    Which release of this is any good.
    I read a MF review in Stereophile some time back and he thought the reissued vinyl did not sound good. Suggested the original release.
    Any good CeeDee releases?

    It seems there's none, and that the only issue worth seeking is the first UK pressing.

    That goes for mucho dinero at ebay, in the hundreds.

    Hundreds, really? I got mine a few years ago for IIRC $40, though not thru eBay. Maybe Steve can get around to this one... :)

    Get the mono version if you can.

    I thought we were talking about the lp. Nonetheless, there is a bootleg CD of the mono, and it's quite good.

    Avoid US original Immediates like the plague (except if you must have the round cover in the snap plastic sleeve). Side 1 is pressed out of phase. All CD versions are bad also. Original UK is by FAR the best.
