This thing makes Target commercials look like 1965... very creative. (And I WANT one of those things they are riding!)

Good lord, that was a single take with no CGI! Amazing!

    Nice song, too.

edit: apparently all shot with a drone camerea if youtube comments and random blogs are to be believed.

The 2000 coloured umbrellas at the end were not CGI?

Everything I've read so far says no CGI was used, and I have no reason to believe otherwise at this point.

bumping this thread because I believe this is one of the most epic videos ever made and more people need to see it.
If nothing else, it deserves a technical discussion/dissection by the forum.

Needing Getting is still by far my favorite, but everything else posted to this point, along with this one, are the top of an amazing portfolio of videos. I just wish I liked their music as much as I love their ultra-creative videos.

It started out as weak and similar to the treadmill video. But as soon as they went outside with the girls and umbrellas things went in an entirely different direction.

Mind blowing if it was truly one shot with a drone (worlds greatest drone operator, for sure).

The song does almost nothing for me. But the video is amazing.

I loved the song and the video. They did slightly cheat with the outdoor choreography by previsualizing the moves/colors on computer, but still, it takes nothing away from the skill of everyone involved.

I LOVED that one. The whole Rube Goldberg thing always fascinates me, the choreography here was insanely complex.

    WOW! That's an amazing production.

It's multiple takes and precise match-move splits to stitch everything together. But technically, no CG. Lots and lots of very careful editing and good color correction. Also some sneaky speed changes in sections.

Yep, the speed changes gives it a more snappy digital look.

Eh, I get why they did it. Some of it was shot slow and then sped-up just to make everybody move faster... but they're still singing in sync, which is tricky to do.

I got the impression the entire video was shot at half-speed, not just parts.

They have a new video out filmed in one continuous take in zero gravity. Classic!
