They did release Long Live Love in 2010 as part of the box set. It also got an individual release.

As for Music Makes My Day, the only country to release that album in it’s entirety is Australia. They put it out twice, though neither version is great. The songs from it on 48 Original Tracks sound vastly superior.

    Meh, she's OK.

Being as she's Australian (well, Pomstralian) I suppose I should stick up for her but:

    Judy Garland obliterates her.

But then Judy Garland obliterates just about every female singer that ever drew breath.

Music Makes My Day is also known as Let Me Be There in Australia right?

That's too bad because her 3rd album is really good, one of her best. Probably the best of her first four.

That’s it. Same artwork and tracklisting. Let Me Be There is a better title. I thought.

I totally agree. She had some mature songs on that one.

That Hatfield tribute is fantastic! The renditions are all fairly faithful to the originals so if you dig it, you will most certainly enjoy ONJ.

I really liked the Hatfield CD. I didn’t expect to either... In fact there were a couple of versions I preferred to Olivia’s.:yikes:

Great debut, considering her standards nowadays, with strong physical sales. Olivia's first solo top 20 album since Indigo.

Folks, can you remind me what (aussie IIRC) indie band did a song about Olivia a couple of years ago. It was a nice country-shuffle kind of tune simply called Olivia and featured a video of several Olivias of different era prancing around the house. Please!

No, it's not a fan trubute, it's a professional band with a professional promo video with an actress playing Livvy in her Grease, Xanadu and Physical images. The song is called Olivia and IIRC she endorsed it a couple of years ago. It was discussed here but I can't remember where.

Bloody hell. Olivia just followed me on Twitter! Considering she rarely acknowledges her fans on social media I can only assume she must think I’m really special.:D

Or she hit the button by mistake.

Hope she doesn’t read some of the things I’ve said on here.:hide:

Edit. I think it’s one of those ‘fake’ accounts that are carbon copies of celebrities pages..

I thought it was too good to be true.:D

I guess as long as she doesn't read any comments from 1985 and after she should be good with you! lol
She had to acknowledge you eventually, you've been promoting her for years when no one else would! :)

Bobby, you should send this to her and say this is your tribute in a song. She will forgive you for not "feeling the heal." Maybe. :D

Said I would be back on two thousand posts, and I did, but at nearly five thousand Mr. Morrow you have exceeded all my expectations.
