Hi there. Searched the forum but no thread

In the 80s, omen were an amazing heavy metal band with great albums like "battlecry".
recently metal blade reissued their albums in vinyl. i searched everywhere for more info, like what they used for the vinyl, who did the remaster etc, i even emailed metal blade but no luck.. that's why i thought to ask here.
I have great experience with metal blade reissues in the past. their cirith ungol reissues were total outstanding. amazing remasters. but that doesnt mean that i will blindly buy their reissues...
    any info would be appreciated

I'd be interested too. Original pressings seem kinda pricey.

he is the one that does all the metal blade remasters. so far, only love you to pieces by lizzy borden, i didnt like. treble was harsh. but perhaps the original recording was like that. everything else i got that he mastered, was awesome

Yes, the LIZZY BORDEN original album suffers from that kind of production....

that is good to know that for "love you to pieces", the problem was the original recording and not the remaster. cheers
