Wow, that's odd. What are your fave Miles albums? :)

Yeah, not sure Exile even ranks in the top 10 Stones albums for me. Disagree about Who's Next, though.

For me it's my ears' defense mechanism from the 80s production.

I do respect what you're saying completely, but do you think you rate Rumours so low is because it's been overplayed?

I like all FM, but I can't put Kiln House on the same level as Rumours. I like Bare Trees a lot, but it's not the Fleetwood Mac album. Just askin'.

Exile on Main Street. Love the Stones, just don't like this record. Bought it numerous times since 1981 in hopes it would finally open up for me. Never has.

Given the choice, this is The Last album of theirs that I'd listen to.
    Their other LPs are great....

I'm sure it's the overplay and general hype focused on it during the Eighties.

You'd think I'd just grow up, and let go of it....

Raw Power... and nothing to do with the mix. I just like Ron Asheton as a guitarist way more than James Williamson.

It is just too disjointed for me and other then Lamplight the songs just don`t have a hook to them that makes me want to listen again.

Agree with that. Also Dark Side of the Moon. I also prefer most Sabbath albums over Paranoid.

Dark Side of the Moon definitely. Though it's still better than The Wall.

My top ten, just listed in alphabetical order, would probably be:

    Aura
    Decoy
    Man with the Horn
    Miles Ahead
    Porgy and Bess
    Quiet Nights
    Seven Steps to Heaven
    Sketches of Spain
    Star People
    You're Under Arrest

Ranking them, Star People would be my #1. I've never tried to rank all of Miles' albums though. That would be a major task.

Pink Floyd - Dark Side Of The Moon.

It's the only one I can't get into because it's so seemingly overrated that I'm tired of it before even putting it on. :D

The Rolling Stones - Beggar's Banquet.

A classic album for sure, just not my preferred Stones album. That would go to Let It Bleed. :)

Beatles - Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band and Revolver

I much prefer Rubber Soul, Let It Be and Abbey Road to either of these albums.

E.L.O's Time is much more preferable than Out Of The Blue

And Queen II, A Day At The Races & Sheer Heart Attack are all above A Night At The Opera in my playlist

    Yes - Fragile

The songs are great but the segues are just skippable filler to me.
