On the jazz front, never been able to get much pleasure out of Andrew Hill's "Point of No Return".

Yes,parts, but I'm not being overwhelmed by the legend of it. Don't get me wrong, there's much to like about it and I will be returning for more listens.

Queen's A Night at the Opera. Except for A Day at the Races, I'd probably reach for any of the other four albums out of the first six before this one.

Sgt. Pepper. Again, I'd reach for several other albums before this one from the Beatles.

Exile on Main Street, in its original form I probably wouldn't even bother with it. Technically, the way I do have it set up with the throwaway tracks cut, I do like it quite a bit better.

I also tend to agree with Sabbath's debut album.

I guess most people like it a lot because it's really a Miles Davis-led session under Cannonball's name. Autumn Leaves and Love For Sale and the title track being classic performances.

It's brilliance hasn't dawned on me yet. It's good, but sparse on melodies and heavy on beats. I don't factor Bowie's death into it; it has to work outside that context.

Zappa/ Weasles... Most certainly his most overrated
Miles/Kind of Blue, Sketches, any of the Gil Evans
    Stones/Exile . I just don't get it
    Fleetwood Mac/Tusk. Ditto
    Willie Nelson/Stardust. Boring, boring, boring
Pink Floyd/The Wall. Fine as the movie soundtrack, but album as a whole, not so much
    Clapton/Unplugged. See Stardust

Yes I have them all and are fans of the performers. Oh well.

Also Abbey Road is greatly overrated to me even if I like the medley on side 2 very much.

I agree. Though I actually liked No Line On The Horizon and Songs Of Innocence (both albums I felt were a tad edgier than All That You Can't and How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb), this was where I got bored with U2 and they seemed to start treading water and try to please people.

    Roxy Music "Avalon".

I became a fan due to "For Your Pleasure", "Stranded", and "Country Life", and consider this three album run to be one of the best in Rock. "Avalon" on the other hand reminded me of something one might hear in the dentist's office while awaiting a root canal; it didn't seem to contain much of any of the artsy edginess or musical adventurousness I loved about the earlier albums. Now that some time has passed (and I am hopefully a bit more mature), I can appreciate the album for what it is and what it represents, but it's still among my least favorites.

Harry Nilsson, "Nilsson Schmilsson". Though don't go away with the idea that I don't still like it!

I agree about both Aqualung and Blue.

There's some horrible YT footage of Tull on TOTP on BBC1 in 1970 playing the Witches Promise. All crazed eyes and looking like a letch. Think he got carried away a bit .... Must have been trying to get into the Aqualung persona ...

    Here have a look

Blue for all the classic it is, I find her voice so young, much prefer her huskier voice of later on

I never liked Neil Young and Crazy Horse - Everybody Knows this is Nowhere, very much. The long guitar songs .. oh no no

Miles Davis - Tribute to Jack Johnson. This one consistently ranks among his greatest jazz rock albums but I find it incredibly boring compared to his other late 60s and 70s output.

This makes sense though in that you're just not a fan of Syd. Right?
