Has anyone used this service? It sounds wonderful and it's free; the premium vers is only $5/mo. I was wanting to convert some CDs into flac 24/96. They claim to convert any type of audio and video format

I've tried a few online converters and found they are not always reliable. Often times they are transcoding with improper settings. Also, some of the sites are kind of shady. In regards to your CDs you want converted, CD audio is limited to 16bit/44kHz so up sampling would do no good. There are lots of free and open source programs that let you rip and encode audio video files. The advantage here is you would have control over the quality of the files. I use Audacity and Foobar2ooo for audio and Blender for video. Also, you wont be connected to some stranger's computer/server to get your files.

Edit* I should have looked at the website before posting. They do offer a lot of services! However, I stand by my above post.
