Inside word is that there is a civil war under way at MPL, which has split into two factions: the "Coming Soon" faction and the "Comprehensive Plan" faction. The former group wants the new album out immediately, whereas the latter group wants to contemplate what the word "comprehensive" really means before releasing anything further.

 

I heard that there is also a BipBop faction.

 

I don't believe that French Wikipedia blurb but I'm hoping both friends are wrong as am I and we are all listening to a new single on Monday. Having said that, I am not holding my breath or marking it on the calendar

Paul's Facebook profile posted a photo of the Press To Play era just one hour ago.
The album was mentioned a few times recently, by the way. So it could mean we possibly get an Archive edition of this one soon?

 

I'm not going to lie: I'd love to see that happen. For whatever reason, Paul's 80's material fascinates me. Perhaps it's because it's most fallible, and thus vulnerable period as an artist.
