Cool pics! I'm one of the few people on this forum who love Macca/Jacko collaborations. Funny how young Paul looks here. What happened to him in the somewhere in the mid 80's? In 86 he suddenly aged 10 years or something...

yes! perhaps Paul was informing Michael what happened there and Michael thought it was funny.. and decided to pose showing off the back of the jacket. lol.

 

It's good to see they were friends outside of recording and seem pretty happy in all the pictures. I think Paul aged 10 years after finding out Jackson had bought the Beatles publishing.

Excuse my ignorance, I'm a fan of the MJ/McC collaborations (especially the Girl Is Mine) but what happened in this Japanese tour ?

 

Busted for 218 grams of green found in his luggage.

Tour canceled and everyone went home except for Paul who spent 10 days in jail.

 

"You see, Michael; publishing is where it's at...."

 

I personally find it hard to find anything redeeming with 'The Girl Is Mine', and 'The Man' is filler, but 'Say Say Say' was a well crafted pop single.

It kind of makes me sad, because these photos hark back to the earlier days before Michael starting jacking with his face and skin. That change in appearance, coupled with some weird behavior, shifted attention away from his talent.

He was such a brilliant, talented guy, the likes of which we will probably never see again.

 

There wasn't one Paul got busted with weed opon arrival in Japan and was put in the slammer for 9 or 10 days. He decided to sack the tour.

 

I thought this was supposed to be pictures of Paul and Michael Jackson. Why is Paul pictured with a black man?
