    I don't think I have ever agreed more with a single post on this forum, word for word.
    "Young Boy" and "Calico Skies" are absolute gems of the McCartney catalog

    Besides the title track, and particularly Souvenir which is fantastic, I have nothing else good to say about this album. It puts me to sleep.

    Okay, one other good thing to say--there are still many other McCartney albums I dislike more than this one.

    Not a McCartney album- OST. He's not even on it. Just composed the theme.
    Capitol would have never allowed it to be a Paul album and come out on Decca/London.

    Count me as a big fan of both "Young Boy" and Calico Skies". Flaming Pie and Flowers in the Dirt are fave post Beatles McCartney LPs for me.

    Kind of love the jam with Steve Miller, not going to lie! The two musicians have a similar style that meshes well. I do love this album, though. So great!! <3
