From Hofner on screen (takes another 45 seconds until he's on stage) until McCartney leaving the stage for the final time:

    Perth bootleg: 02:58:07
    Melbourne night 1: 02:56:06
    Melbourne night 2: 02:58:06

    Own timing:

Brisbane, as said 7:33pm-10:30pm, makes it 02:57:00
    Sydney night 1: 7:11pm-10:09pm, makes it 02:58:00
    Sydney night 2: 7:04pm-10:05pm, makes it 03:01:00

So yeah, make that 2 hours and 58 minutes on average this tour :D.

  5. Not anybody with a sense of humor! I posted it; but apparently not everyone here remembers Macca ‘s alleged fling with Peggy back in the sixties; which means she is now 70+
She apparently was rumored to be always “after” Macca; hence “ got”” her man phrase.
    I noticed a resemblance ( see below)
So, now “serious” fans can relax.

Not alleged. It definitely happened. Lipton discusses it in her autobiography. And then many years later when she was married to Quincy Jones, she re-met Paul and Linda when Quincy was working with Paul and Michael Jackson.

First Paul and Pete Best getting back together, now this. This forum really has run out of Beatle things to talk about ....

    “But wait, there’s more!”

I have just finished reading Stuart Bell's account of Paul's recent tour in Brazil & Mexico and noticed this info:

"Anyone familiar with Paul’s work rate in the days of The Beatles will know he is no slouch. Back then it was an endless whirl of touring, interviews, radio and TV sessions and somehow between all that they recorded some of the greatest and most important albums and singles of all time. All these years later, Paul is just as careful to use his time productively. Just hours after his São Paulo show, he heads into a recording studio in the city to work on new music, possibly inspired by this trip. And then it is on to Belo Horizonte, around 360 miles north east".

So there was a recording session in Brazil on October 16? That's quite a surprise!

Incredible show, amazing energy & had thousands enthralled for three hours.
Voice was as expected not quite 100% but still superb.
Visuals great too - some songs fitted perfectly, while for others it seems as though they were just throwing fancy graphics around for the sake of it...I guess if you've built the set & made the investment you may as well.

For those who follow such things, I hear both MSG shows coming out soundboard from Japanese boot

A co-worker who went to Paul's July 10, 2016 show in Cincinnati was showing me some clips he'd recorded and I learned a rather morbid footnote about that concert. That same night Paul's nephew, Sonny (Mike's son) was seriously injured in a motorbike accident in England. He's okay now but had to have his leg amputated (per his Instagram). My co-worker pointed out it just goes to show how you never know what's going on in any artist's personal life.

They just came out in Japan last week so I would think they should start filtering down very soon
